Unexpected situations. Deadlines that must be met. Lack of motivation.

One of your key management member has resigned unexpectedly. Newly appointed or newly recruited staff face challenges.  You need to bring in external expertise to set up a specialised function. You want to change something, but something is stopping you. Your team, your colleagues are not really motivated.  You have hesitations in the effectiveness of your business processes. Processes and work need to be reorganised due to the constant "fire-fighting". You need an external expert to manage a new large project. Something is wrong. You need the assistance in financial issues and audit.

Familiar situations in which we need to find an effective and often quick solution. We primarily support managers in organisations, always in a form and within a framework that is appropriate to the problem.  We get involved temporarily - on an interim basis - for as long as necessary to achieve the goal. We always endeavour to deploy our experience quickly and efficiently.

"You don't know the impossible!" was said about an interim assignment I had. I believe that we can move from any situation towards a better one, towards excellence. It's just up to us when and how we start. I believe that it is not about looks and glamour, but about content and real added value.
