Pro Excellence was founded to offer its clients interim and long-term solutions in the areas of management, finance, and human resources that are fast, effective, and create real value.

In my decades of leadership, I have been confronted with many situations where I had to find an effective and quick solution to an unexpected, often critical situation. Professional, organisational and individual problems can occur, sometimes simultaneously. In all situations, we are responsible for the work we are entrusted with, and as managers we are also responsible for the colleagues entrusted to us. We can only do an excellent job in an environment that is well organised, trusting and motivating. When a supportive environment is lacking, change is needed at organisational or individual level.

Managing and resolving specific situations requires considerable time, energy and sometimes help. In situations that seem intractable, it is particularly fortunate,

  • if we have someone we can call and know we can count on,
  • if there is also an independent expert who sees the situation from an external viewpoint, and
  • who, if we involve, we can be sure that we can move forward.

Thinking together, acting together, temporarily, that is, in an interim way. Our services are designed around this idea. I believe that, with the right organisation and reorganisation where necessary, we can achieve operational and quality changes that we would never have imagined before. "Everyday miracles" do exist. I believe that what distinguishes the impossible from the possible is what we believe in. Caring, respect, integrity, trust, responsibility and sustainability are the principles that are always important to consider. We do all this for excellence, "pro excellence".

Expert mindset

On an interim basis, we have the opportunity to reach out to multiple companies and, with our assistance, make processes and the operation of administrative service departments more efficient. We can leverage decades of professional and managerial experience gained by myself and my external expert colleagues in the audit, corporate, and non-profit sectors.

I believe that it is worthwhile to work with people with whom we are in harmony, both professionally and personally. On the one hand, it is important to see what kind of professional background and experience the company needs.
