In my decades of leadership, I have been confronted with many situations where I had to find an effective and quick solution to an unexpected, often critical situation. Professional, organisational and individual problems can occur, sometimes simultaneously. In all situations, we are responsible for the work we are entrusted with, and as managers we are also responsible for the colleagues entrusted to us. We can only do an excellent job in an environment that is well organised, trusting and motivating. When a supportive environment is lacking, change is needed at organisational or individual level.

Managing and resolving specific situations requires considerable time, energy and sometimes help. In situations that seem intractable, it is particularly fortunate,

  • if we have someone we can call and know we can count on,
  • if there is also an independent expert who sees the situation from an external viewpoint, and
  • who, if we involve, we can be sure that we can move forward.

Thinking together, acting together, temporarily, that is, in an interim way. Our services are designed around this idea.
