Workplace struggles • Self-awareness • Career steps
Before you get confused about where to go next, remember:
- „The solution is within you"
- "If you hold a mirror to yourself, you will know yourself better"
- "When you know yourself better, you see the connections more clearly"
There are times in life when we get stuck on something. I believe that most of the time the solution lies within us. Sometimes we don't see it, or we don't have the strength to take the necessary "steps". Over the past 15 years, I have been approached many times by colleagues, acquaintances and friends with some "problematic" life situation. It is uplifting to see how a short talk can give inspiration and impetus to 'move on'. Moving on, which is something that everyone is already doing on their own.
I was originally going to be a teacher and this "mission" has been with me throughout my career, I love to teach, to help, to empower. It is also a pleasure and an honour for me. In addition to my decades of management experience, I also use and apply my coaching qualification and the knowledge I have gained in HR management training.

What happens during a coaching session?
During coaching, you won’t receive ready-made solutions or advice; instead, we’ll use questions, feedback, and structured thinking to help you find your own answers.
The goal of our work together is to help you:
- see your situation more clearly
- recognize your opportunities
- make more conscious decisions
- move forward with greater confidence
I believe that most of the answers lie within us. A supportive, structured conversation can help you find them.

Feedback: "Personally I really enjoyed working with her, I believe that she is a great leader with a lot of professional knowledge and ideas to share and she motivates her entire team. She will be an asset to any new environment." (Quality Assurance Officer)
Feedback:
"Dóra Szathmari led me through a coaching period starting in 2009 through March 2010. The scope of the coaching sessions itself was set to be the following: a) challenges of an international working environment b)how to meet those challenges c)„self- branding” and identity in a business environment. Dora always proved to be a very reliable, flexible and professional coach in terms of both people and subject matter related matters. Her open minded, honest personality, and immense business and people management experience, helped me a lot to speak up openly during our discussions and eventually enabled me to successfully cope with arisen challenges at work. I did very much, both relish and benefit from these 6 month of interactive coaching." (Friedemann Herzog, IBM, Associate Project Manager)
